Gemini - Stamp & Die - The Most Wonderful News!

Make your sentiments leap out from the page with the innovative Shadow Stamp & Die Sentiment Collection from Gemini!

This clever collection puts your messages front and centre of every card creation. Each set combines a die cut sentiment with corresponding stamps to create a drop shadow effect. This dimensional look makes the word seem as if it is jumping out from the card!

In The Most Wonderful News set you will receive 1 die and 4 stamps to create a large ‘Wonderful’ sentiment with a dimensional drop shadow effect. Plus additional sentiment stamps to complete ‘The Most Wonderful News’ sentiment - perfect for celebrating happy news or marking milestone moments!

All you need is a die-cutting machine, a die and your chosen card or paperstock. Simply create your plate combination using the helpful Sandwich Guide in the instruction manual and run through your die-cutting machine – it’s that simple!

The stamps are made from the highest quality clear photopolymer, which means that you can see straight through the stamp to line up the image accurately. Just adhere your chosen stamp to an acrylic block or Rock-a-Block and stamp away! This means that you're guaranteed accurate impressions every time.

To create a crisp and clear drop shadow effect we recommend using Spectrum Noir Quick Dry Dye Inkpads - with a fast drying effect they’re perfect for smudge free layering!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is die cutting, and how does it work?

Die cutting uses a machine and metal dies to cut shapes, letters and detailed designs from paper, card and other materials (depending on the machine). The machine applies pressure to create neat, consistent cuts without scissors.

What is a die, and do I need a machine to use it?

A die is a reusable metal shape with a cutting edge, similar to a cookie cutter. You’ll need a compatible die-cutting machine to press it through your paper or card.

What materials can I cut with craft dies?

Paper and card are popular choices, but our multi craft/multimedia dies can also cut materials such as fabric, thin cork and craft foam. Always check which materials your die and machine are designed to cut.

How do I know whether a die will fit my die-cutting machine?

Check that the die fits within your machine’s cutting area and that the die type is compatible.

What is a die-cutting “sandwich”, and which plates do I need to use?

A “sandwich” is the layered combination of your die, material and cutting plates that goes through the machine. The plates and order needed vary, so always follow the recommended combination in your machine’s instructions.
