Watch Along Wednesday - Gemini Christmas Edgeable Stamp and Dies -Crafters Companion UK

Welcome back, Wednesday Watchers, to another installment of this sensational series! In today’s post, we’re bringing a little bit of Christmas joy and cheer to the world of cardmaking with the Gemini Christmas Edgeable Stamp and Dies. These are the perfect tools for those of you that want to add a unique, central focus to your cards with minimal effort – the dies do all the work for you!

These sets are highly versatile as they’ve been designed to work perfectly with A2 Landscape, A6 Landscape, 6″ x 6”, 5″ x 5”, and 5″ x 7” card bases, so you can create cards to your size preference and giving you the potential to make truly unique projects.

We realise that these sets, particularly the dies, look quite complicated to use, so we’ve written up a handy guide to help you get started with them. This guide details the most basic way to use them, but once you’ve got the hang of it, you can experiment with all kinds of techniques! But for a bit of a re-cap:

Select your favourite Edge’ables Word Die and the Frame Die that you’d like to use (either the Circle Frame or the Square Frame)
Line them up together on your card base and use Low Tack Tape to hold them in place
Roll them through your die-cutting machine and you should have a central word cut out!

Pair the dies up with the included stamps to create completely cohesive projects. As the stamps are clear, you’re able to see straight through to your project, which makes it easy for you to line your stamps up accurately. This gives you the potential to put sentiments and phrases together with total ease!
