Welcome back to another weekly post in our Watch Along Wednesday series! We're moving away from the cards for this installment and looking at a fun way to create ornaments for your Christmas tree. Even the most avid of sewing haters will love the Gemini Cut 'n' Stitch Christmas Dies, which will help you to cut precise shapes from various materials, including felt, faux leather, cotton or even paper and card!

Each of the sets helps you to cut all the pieces needed to create sweet baubles for the tree, to add on to other needlecraft projects or to turn into card embellishments. The dies will cut out all the elements necessary, as well as the stitching holes needed to sew them all together, so they're ideal for beginners!

If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, take a look at the video below from David Falcon to see how he puts this round, felt bauble together.

There are four different sets for you to try out - the Scandi bauble, the Round bauble, the Snowman and the Christmas Tree. Each of them are 1.5mm thick, so they're ideal for cutting through a wide range of materials. You can try them out on denim, glitter fabric, multiple layers of cotton and so much more. This means that you'll be able to personalise your decorations or embellishments to your tastes!

Not only are they great for fabrics and needlecraft materials, but they're also ideal for papercraft projects because you can cut and build each bauble up from pretty paper or card, then adhere them to your greetings cards.

These dies have been crafted specially to give you unrivaled precision when cutting, resulting in accurate shapes every time. Simply place the die with the blade side facing upwards on to your cutting plate. Add your chosen material on top, then sandwich the whole thing with another cutting plate. Slowly roll this through your die-cutting machine and you'll be left with a crisp cut out!
