This idea is bound to cause a splash - it's a water gun made from recycled bottles. Not only is a cheap to make but the kids will play with them for hours! You'll just need to rescue a few bottles from the recycling bin, including some with a spray nozzle.
What you'll need:
- Empty water bottle
- Spray nozzle
- Hot glue gun
Step-by-step instructions:
- Poke a hole big enough for the tube in the bottom of the empty water bottle.
- If you are recycling the spray nozzle from another bottle make sure it is completely cleaned before reusing it in the water gun.
- Put the tube in the bottle and add hot glue around to seal the hole.
- Glue the spray mechanism in place towards the top of the bottle.
- Fill the bottle with water and you’re ready to have fun.
