Got family coming round for Thanksgiving and want to make sure everyone knows where they’re sitting? Well why not create personalised place cards using these easy steps below!
Plus, you can mix and match with different papers and dies so you can make place cards for any occasion!
You will need:
- Gemini (this will work in any Gemini!)
- Die Set
- Autumnal paper (we used the Thanksgiving Collection Paper Pad)
- White Card
- Names printed out with a gap between them
- Coloured card in various shades of orange and green
- Tape Pen
- Foam Pads
Step-by-step instructions:
- Cut your base pieces from white card measuring 10” x 10”, cut one for every place card you want
- Fold these in half
- Cut your patterned paper to 9 1/2” x 4 ½” , again cut one piece for every place card
- Use a tape pen to glue down the patterned paper centrally in one half of the white base
- Trim your name tiles to 6 ½” x 2 ½” and use the tape pen to secure in the middle of the patterned paper
- Use the Gemini to die cut your embellishments, we have used the pumpkins, gourds and leaf dies.
- Add to the place card with foam pads or dotty tape.
- That’s it!
