A Christmas To Craft For sneak peek

  1. Read time: 3 minutes
  2. Written by: Crafter's Companion

‘Twas an evening in June, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.

The summer crafts were stashed in the cupboard with care,
In hopes that Crafter’s Christmas soon would be there.

The crafters were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of die-cutting danced in their heads;
And Sara in her ‘kerchief, and Simon in his cap,
Had just settled down for a summertime nap,

When from Facebook Live, there arose so much chatter,
I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter.
Away to my craft room, I flew like a flash,
Tore open the doors to look through my stash.

With kind words from Debby and excitement from Leann,
I yearned to join the festive crafting clan,
So I searched and searched for something to make,
To craft along with Jan, Fiona, Bernie and Craig.

With no inspiration for festive making,
My eyes filled with tears and I began shaking.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
New Christmas launches, filling me with cheer.

For cardmaking fans, new Edge’able dies,
Whose sentiments are sure to light up your eyes,
With Peace and Joy but to name just a few,
These dies will create words that are beautiful and true,

And with each comes some stamps, just for more fun,
So you can continue the celebration.
Cut, stamp and embellish, then you’re good to go,
And you’ll be giving cards with a “ho ho ho.”

In a flourish of red, the poinsettias arrive,
With Nature’s Garden fuelling the drive,
And the array of paper, stamps and even some dies,
Are sure to be the most welcome surprise.

If a classic festive season is something you prefer,
Or you fancy yourself as a Christmas connoisseur,
Creating projects in red, green and golden tones too,
Then Poinsettia Perfection is the one for you.

For the stamping lovers, you can add verses that match,
And for a bit of cohesion, you can produce them in batch;
Stamp sentiments to the front and verses inside,
To create cards that look great on any bedside.

With ‘warm wishes to you’ and ‘it’s Christmastime’
These stamps create phrases that are simply sublime,
Just dip them in ink and add them to cards,
And you’re sure to win everybody’s hearts.

So the final sneak peek of this Christmas post,
Are the festive Wrap Dies, which you might love the most;
Adorable snowmen, crackers, bells and sleighs,
Will transform your papercrafts in all kinds of ways.

Simply die-cut and connect to add the final look,
And unlocking them is like opening a book.
Add them to cards, gift bags and so much more,
For projects your recipients are sure to adore.

But this isn’t the end, there are more launches to come,
So make sure to join in with the festive fun.
Keep your eyes peeled on social and on our site,
To find out when we’re going to be merry and bright.

“New launches!” I cried, “Just what I need!”
And I scrawled on my calendar with lightning speed.
I closed up my stash and sealed it up tight,
With the seasonal launches almost in sight.

Tiptoeing through the house to climb into bed,
The thoughts of Christmas makings flooded my head,
So I hopped into the sheets with a smile, not a frown,
Knowing that Crafter’s Christmas is coming to town!
